Neurotoxins
Wrinkles result from a combination of many factors. It’s not just about cellular changes, collagen depletion, or damage caused by free radicals. When you frown or concentrate, the muscles between your brows contract, causing your skin to furrow and fold.
When you squint, the muscles around your eyes contract and cause crow’s feet. Neurotoxins work beneath the skin’s surface and target the underlying muscle activity that causes frown lines and crow’s feet to form over time. Neurotoxins are a prescription medicine that are injected into muscles and used to temporarily improve, reduce or eliminate the look of both moderate to severe frown lines and wrinkles, resulting in a refreshed, rested more youthful look.
What Are Neurotoxins?
FDA-approved and safe, neurotoxins are injectable muscle relaxants. When strategically injected into the body, neurotoxins help relax the muscles that cause wrinkles to form. They are temporary, effective and non-invasive proving to be a trusting solution to maintain a more youthful appearance.
How Long Do Neurotoxins Last?
Each neurotoxin is different, but on average it takes about 1-2 weeks to see your maximum results. These optimal results last for 3-4 months depending on the patient.

PDO Threads
How do PDO Threads work?
PDO threads are hypodermic needles preloaded with a synthetic monofilament suture containing Polydioxanone (PDO). The PDO suture stimulates neocollagenesis, helping us replace lost collagen! Polydioxanone is FDA-approved and is some of the safest material that can be used in the body. Over a period of 4-6 months, your skin will fully absorb the PDO threads (sutures) without leaving any scar tissue.
What can I expect during the procedure?
PDO threads are inserted into the skin with sterile needles or cannulas. Once inserted, your provider will “zip” up sagging skin onto the barbed threads, providing you with an instant lift! Multiple barbed threads are used on each side of the face for a facelift or neck lift. Smooth threads target fine lines and wrinkles and can help replace lost collagen in many areas of the body. You may feel the threads under your skin until they have dissolved. Depending on the areas treated, the procedure may take 30-60 minutes to contour. There may be slight discomfort during the procedure, but because of the improved techniques and use of lidocaine, clients experience less pain.

The injections take 30-40 minutes , and are only mildly uncomfortable. The procedure is relatively painless, and requires no post-procedure care or time off from daily events. Mild swelling, redness, or bruising fade within one to three days. The PRP is made from your own cells, virtually eliminating the possibility of negative side effects.
